MD. SHAHJAHAN ALAM

Engr. Md. Shahjahan Alam is a mechanical engineering graduate of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET, January 2001) with an MBA, a Master's in Environmental Science from Jahangirnagar University, and FIEB membership (No. 11322). He is a RAJUK enlisted consultant for fire safety, plumbing, and mechanical engineering.

His professional experience spans national consultancy on Dhaka Metro Rail Line 5 (Northern Route), international mechanical engineering work on CESCD Site & Social Infrastructure in Tajikistan, and senior leadership roles with Mission Group, Keari Ltd., Western Marine Shipyard Ltd., and Wadi Marine Services Ltd. He has also served as Principal of Zohura Memorial Technical School and Project Director for Fuad Al Khatib Foundation.

As Chairman of Axis Safety Engineering Ltd., Axis Energy Ltd., and Sajan Metal Industries Ltd., Managing Director of Triangle Engineers Ltd., and Vice Chairman of HADID Global Ltd., he leads multidisciplinary engineering teams focused on fire protection, building services, infrastructure, and safety-led development across Bangladesh.
